Welcome to our family farm. The Korson family has been caring for the land and growing outstanding apples, peaches and more for nearly 20 years, and we promise you will find wonderful fruit, a beautiful setting and friendly faces here at Clearview.
We are lucky to have one of the prettiest orchards in Mid-Michigan and in the fall, it’s spectacular. In September, baskets of blushing peaches tempt you and their luscious flavor brings customers back again and again. The orchard is fragrant with the smell of apples and once October arrives, we offer a pumpkin patch and glorious gourds.
On weekends, take a leisurely horse-drawn wagon ride around
the farm. The gentle Belgian horses seem to enjoy the trip as much as the
passengers. No wonder generations of families return to Clearview year after
year and newcomers are delighted to discover the best of
Pick Apples! Have Fun! Save Money! At its heart, Clearview is a U-Pick operation and that is the very best way to enjoy our apples. Our dwarf trees make picking easy, even for little ones, and nobody knows exactly what your perfect apple is better than you! Some like ‘em sweet and some like ‘em tangy and when you pick your own, you get EXACTLY what you want. Picking apples can be a leisurely pleasure, but if you’re in a hurry, the average adult can easily pick a half-bushel in 15 minutes.
In most cases, buying U-Pick apples at Clearview will save you half of what you pay at the grocery store and the quality is unequaled. If you’ve never picked your own apples before, try it! We think you’ll make it a habit.
Local, Green and Growing. There’s a reason the Local Food movement is gaining popularity. It makes sense in so many different ways. Buying local foods is good for the planet. Supporting local growers preserves green spaces for generations to come and local growers support local schools, service groups and other community efforts. Most of all, fresh, local food just tastes better.

We begin harvesting McIntosh apples in early September and the other varieties ripen as indicated below. You are welcome to pick your own apples or buy them already picked. The peaches are picked for you. In late September we will have a variety of fall items available including squash and decorative gourds. We will also open our huge U-PICK PUMPKIN patch.
On Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 1:00 - 4:30 we have a team of draft horses here giving wagon rides for a small fee. Of course if the weather is bad the horses prefer to stay in the barn, so please call ahead to confirm the schedule for the day.
Please feel free to look at our horses and chickens but remember to respect them in their home. They are our family pets and are not part of a petting zoo. Please do not feed our animal's apples or anything else.
